Biography
Director, Andrew Pollard has been providing property services to Bonsors’ clients since 1984 and now heads up the professional services and property management team.
Having graduated in Estate Management, he began his career at Gascoigne Pees in Guildford. He is now a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a RICS appointed Arbitrator on rent review disputes and a Registered Valuer. Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience in all aspects of property valuation, management, sales and lettings, in Kingston-upon-Thames and the surrounding area, He has also built up an enviable reputation as one of the most knowledgeable commercial property surveyors in the area.
Andrew is a keen golfer and bass guitarist when not at the office.
